Return Process

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box to prevent damage, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
